Thank you for shopping with Flashy Jewellery. We take pride in providing our customers with high-quality jewellery and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance periods are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@flashyjewellery.com within the return window.
  • Include your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
  • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Inspection and Approval

After we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. We will notify you via email once your return is received and approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products. If you wish to exchange an item, contact us at hello@flashyjewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the process.

  • Personalized or engraved jewellery
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@flashyjewellery.com with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Processing times may vary. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@flashyjewellery.com.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
