Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Flashy Jewellery. We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Custom or personalized jewellery may require additional processing time. Estimated production times will be communicated during checkout or via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (within UAE): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

3. Shipping Methods

  • We partner with trusted courier companies such as DHL, Aramex to ensure secure and timely delivery.
  • All shipments include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

4. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most regions worldwide. However, there may be restrictions for certain countries due to customs regulations or courier limitations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

7. Delays & Lost Packages

  • While we strive for timely delivery, Flashy Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
  • If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@flashyjewellery.com with your order number, and we will assist you in locating your package.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address results in a lost or undelivered package, Flashy Jewellery will not be held liable. Please double-check your address details before confirming your order.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as applicable.
